Dear Friends of Rowing,
As the Team USA: Rowing page continues to grow, I'm excited to announce a new feature that is being added to the site.
Given the success of the Coxswain Question/Answer feature, where national team coxswains answered the questions of aspiring coxswains, this feature will now be expanded to rowers as well.
Current and former US National Team members of the Men's, Women's and Lightweight Teams have volunteered to answer your questions, including Olympians Anna Goodale, Caroline Lind, Lindsay Shoop, Guiseppe Lanzone, Pete Cipollone, Will Daly, Mike Altman, and many many more.
Women, would you like to know what it takes to compete at the highest level? Men, would you like tips on how to improve your technique on the water or how to best approach seat-racing? Lightweights, would you like tips on how to make weight or handle weigh-ins? (Coxswains, you’re welcome to continue submitting your questions too!) The floor is wide open, whether you’re in high school, college, at a club or a masters rower, whether you’re a coach, coxswain or rower.
Questions can be sent to this email address or posted to the site (http://shivspix.com/usa/news/national-team-rowers-answer-questions/)
Please feel free to pass this message on to anyone you believe may find this opportunity helpful.
