Capital Crew is a competitive junior rowing program based at the California State University, Sacramento Aquatic Center on Lake Natoma in Gold River, California. Capital Crew is run by Associated Students Inc. of California State University, Sacramento. Capital Crew is made up of men and women novice and varsity teams. The athletes are high school students in grades 9 - 12. Capital Crew practices from 3:30 pm to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

$165.00 per athlete per semester. (There are two semesters in the rowing season, fall and spring). Checks should be made payable to: Capital Crew Boosters Club.. The Booster membership dues are separate from fees charges by the Aquatic Center.
The Ergathon is the major fundraiser the Capital Crew Boosters Club hosts each year .Money raised from the Ergathon permits the Boosters Club to purchase or provide:
Food (breakfast and lunch) and drinks for your athlete at all home and away races.
Free Capital Crew calendars to each family, logo wear at reasonable prices, and hospitality tent for parents at major regattas, etc.
Rowing equipment (a boat that seats 8 costs about $36,000, a coxswain box about $450, a pair of oars about $600).
Reduction in costs for the travel teams (hotels, airfare, food, vans, etc.)
Special events for the athletes and alumni of Capital Crew, including the Family BBQ, Alumni Day, Parent Day, Nutrition Night and end of the year BBQ at Southwest Junior Regional.
Dinner for each athlete at the Banquet Dinner awards, etc.
